Cultivate started as a culinary training program and transitioned into a food rescue operation that has rescued and re-purposed over 1 million pounds of food since it's inception. They utilize all of the food that they save from being wasted by either putting it into meals that are frozen and are distributed to young school children who face food insecurity over the weekends, or redistributed to food pantries to be given to those families most in need within our community.
