Bill joined the Chamber staff October 2023. He is married to Sharon, and has 4 children, Alec, Matt, Alison, and Nate. He enjoys working with the businesses in Nappanee and the surrounding area.

Kim Lehman
Administrative Assistant
Kim joined the Chamber in February of 2026. She lives in Wakarusa with her husband Derick and youngest daughter Kary. As a long-time member of the Wa-Nee community, she values the Chamber's hands-on approach and dedication to supporting local businesses.
